WHEREAS it is proved that no Valuation List for Ihe Kaikora Town District has been piepnved as required by “The Rating Act, 1876,” notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned, GE< >RGE AUGUSTUS PREECE, Judge of the Assessment Court for ihe said Kaikoia Town Dis'uict have appointed Samuel Lozell to be Valuer to make such Valuation List, and I do futlher appoint TUESDAY, the 15th day of March, 1837, for the completion thereof, and I direct that the said list shall be open for public inspection, at the store of Mr John Merrylees, Kaikora, fiom the 15lh day of Ma»ch, 1887, until the 15th of April, 1837, and that all objections thereto shall be delivered at the store of John Meiiylees, Kaikora, on or befoie the 151 h day of April, 1887, addressed to the Assessment Court, and I do fuitiler appoint a siiting of the said Assessment Court, for the hearing of the said objections, to be held at Limbiick’s Hotel, Kaikora, on WEDNESDAY, the 20ih of April, 1887, at half-past three o’clock in the afternoon. WHEREAS it is proved that no Valuation List for the Danevirke Towu District nas been prepared as required by “ The Rating Act, 1876,” notice is hereby given that I, the undersigned, George Augustus Preece, Judge of the Assessment Court for the said Danevirke Town District, have appointed John Alfred Burmester to be valuer to make such Valuation List, and I do further appoint Tuesday, the 22nd day of March, 1887, for the comp 7 etion thereof, and I direct that the said List shall be open for public inspection at the store of John Alfred Burmester, at Danevirke, from the 220 d day of March, 1887, to the 22nd day April, 1887, and that all objections thereto shall be delivered at the Police Station, at Danevirke, on or before the 22nd day of April, 1887, addressed to the Assessment Court.
