NOTICE is hereby given that it is the intention of the Waipavva County Council, at a Special Meeting to be held on MONDAY, February 7th, 1887, at 10.15 a.m. to confirm the following Special Order, viz : “That it be a Special Order of this Council that for the purpose of providing for the interest upon the loan raised by the Waipawa County under “The Government Loans to Local Bodies Act, 1886,” a special annually re curring rate of one-eighth of a penny in the pound upon all ratable property in the County of Waipawa, he made and levied, and the said rate is hereby accordingly made and levied for and during the whole period required by the aforesaid Act, for the continuance of such loan and that such special rate be computed and levied annually from time to time upon the ratable value for the time being of all ratable property m Hie aforesaid County, and be payable annually on every first day of July in every year during the continuance of the aforesaid Loan, and so long as any interest shall be payable by the County in respect thereof, and that this order take effect on and from the seventh day of February, 1887.” W.
