Per United Press Association. The Waters Case. Wellington, This day. Before the Chief Justice in the Bankruptcy Court this morning, Mr Jellicoe, counsel for the bankrupt Waters, appealed for a rule carrying on the Official Assignee to show cause why Waters should not be discharged from custody, on the grounds that he was illegally detained. After argument, His Honor granted a rule which was to be made returnable to-day.
