For horses the bona fide, property of a member, three months previous to the date of meeting, and to have been in that district that time ; each member to bo resident in the Club’s district; gentleman riders ; welter weight for age ; one mile and a quarter. Entrance, NOVEL RACE of 20 sovs ; winner to become the property of the Stewards, immediately after the race. Weight list ; entranco 1 sov ; onco round. FLYING HANDICAP of 10 sovs ; winner of Club Handicap to carry 71 bs extra. Nomination 5s ; Acceptance 5s ; G furlongs. There will also bo a Pony Race if sufficient competitors ; entries on the ground. All the races at this meeting are confined to hacks only. A hack shall mean a horse that has never started in a Weiglit-for-uge Handicap Race, either on the flat or over hurdles. Hack Races excepted. Two horses to start or no race ; three to start or no second money. No entry will be received for any race, except on condition that all claims, disputes, and objections arising out of the racing, shall bo settled by the Stewards, or whom they appoint, and their decision shall he final. The Club’s district shall mean the Woodvillo Riding, and extending to the Man aw at u on the Main Road at the To Whiti clearing. In all Nominations, performances must bo given. All horses to he ridden in distinguishing colors, which must be given at tlm time of entry. Weight - for - age shall mean where weights arc carried according to the weiglit-for-ago scale. The races are to he run under the Metropolitan Rules of Racing. ADMISSION. Pedestrians, Is ; Horsemen, 2s; Vehicles of any description, 2s Gd. No Horsemen allowed on the course.
