LIBERAL CONDITIONS Policyholders unable to pay their premiums, can after TWO years, have credit until the amount in arrears (with interest at i per cent.) exceeds the Surrender V alue ; and in the event of death prior to the exhaustion of Surrender Value, the sum assured is payable less the arrears. The only Life Insurance Office in New Zealand which offers to total abstainers the advantage of a Temperance Section. The premiums charged are the same as in the General Section, but the profits will be ascertained separately, and divided amongst abstainers. LOANS ON MORTGAGE.
