Waipawa, Wednesday, Novembeb 17. [Before Capt. Prcece, R.M., and S. Johnson, Esq, J.P] Loutra Callon v. Violent Kelso. The plaintiff had been entrusted with the care of an illegitimate child of the defendant’s, mid asked for an order from the Court for 7s a week to be paid in its support. The defendant, who is now in Christchurch, had been served with a summons. The Court issued an order against the defendant, Violet Kelso, for 10s a week to be paid, the plaintiff, Mrs Callon, to provide clothing as well as maintenance for the child Ettie Kelso, the same to be paid every four weeks into the Waipawa Court. Dr Mirbacli v. E. A.'Laurvig, of Norsewood.—Claim £5 10s 6 1, for medical attendance. No appearance of defendant. Judgment for plaintiff, with costs, 15s ; and solicitor’s fee (Mr Leo), 10s Gd. Dr Mirbacli v. Henry Hopkins.—Claim £6 Os Gd. Plaintiff asked for an adjournment, as be believed the money had been paid to Mr Lee. Case adjourned. P. Barrie v. Walter Hailett.—Claim £G 19s 3d. Jugdment for plaintiff, with costs, 10s ; and plaintiff’s expenses, 2s 4d. Patrick McGreevy v. Jeretnia Keane, claim £6 lls, on a judgment summons. Mr Loughnan for plaintiff. Defendant had been out of work since the judgement summons was issued, and bad no property. Application dismissed. A. McLennan v. Roderick McKenzie, £l7 3s 31, dishonored promissory note. Case adjourned, on application of plaintiff's solicitor, Mr I.oughnan, until December 15th.
