Sir Charles is a beautiful bright bay, 4 years old, stands 174 hands high, is strong, active, and good tempered, with great Hat bone, and splendid feet, and is a perfect model of the breed. This splendid animal was bred by J. I>. Ormond, Esq., M.H.R., and is out of Lady by Prince Charlie, a horse that gained first honors every time lie was shown, and is acknowledged by breeders to be one of the best horses that ever crossed the line. More of his progeny have turned out prize takers than that of any other horse ever in the colony. Lady is by Lord Eglinton (imported) out of an imported mare.

Sir Charles lias been shown four limes, and each time carried off first prize ; lie has also proved himself a sure foal-getter, not having missed once last season. Terms : .£5 for single mares ; two or more the property of the same owner, .£4. Groom lees, ss.
