As a six-year-old, second i at the Wanganui Show (being beaten onty < by the invincible Lofty, who was never i beaten in a show ground), and last season, i at Wanganui, second to Lofty, and first prize and champion at the "RangitikeiManawatu Agricultural and Pastoral Society’s Show. Lord Lorne is a beaubtiful dapple bay, with black points, splendid action, 1 fine bone, good mild temper ; and possessing all the qualifications of a pure bred Clydesdale.
