I HEREBY appoint SATURDAY, the 2nd day of November, at noon, as the day and time upon which, and the Publicroom, Onga Onga, as the place at which the nomination of a candidate or candidates for the office of Councillor for the Rua Taniwha Riding in the Waipawa County, will take place.
