TYE has been instructed by Mr John Glenny to SELL BY PUBLIC AUCTION, In Napier, at an early date, due notice of which will be given, about OAA ACRES OF FIRST-CLASS * \ / LAND, to be cut up in Sections from quarter-acre upwards, to be called the Township of ONGAR. This township is well-watered anti beautifully situaled in the centre of the Ruataniwha District, and is on the main road from Waipawa to Waipukurau, leading to the Deferred Payment Lands, and is divided by the Great North Road from Napier to Takapau and Wellington. Terms—.4s2o and under, half cash; balance, three months bill with 7 per cent, added. Above 4520 and under £SO, onethird cash ; balance three and six months’ bill ; interest as above. Above £SO and under £IOO, one-quarter cash ; balance, three, six, and nine months’ bills ; interest as above. Above £IOO, one-fifth cash ; three, six, nine, and twelve months’ bills ; interest as above. Plans are now in preparation, and will be issued at an early date, when the township will be open for inspection.
