Increase in Roll At Cambridge Primary School

An increase of 15 in the roll of the primary school was reported by the headmaster, Mr S. B. Dunn, at the monthly meeting of the Cambridge School Committee pn Monday evening. The primary roll stands at 491, and the secondary roll at 168, the latter being a decrease of one. Mr Dunn also reported on the recent visit of the school inspectors who had spoken highly of the staff and the ability of the pupils. The meeting decided to make immediate investigation into the delay in connection with the installation of central heating at the primary school. A previous assurance had been given that the work would be carried out before the May holidays.
