(2) To consider and if thought fit, pass a resolution to the effect:— "That the'new Rules of the Association already approved by this meeting and for the purpose of identification subscribed by the Chairman thereof be adopted as the Rules of the Branch Association, in substitution for, and to the exclusion of all existing Rules thereof, which shall be deemed rescinded."
