L MATAMATA COUNTY COUNCIL E NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER RE BY-LAW is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Matamata e County Council, held on- the 11th day ,_ of September, 1947, the following rejp solution was passed and will be submitted for confirmation at the Ordinary Meeting of the Council, to be held . on Thursday, the 16th day of October, \_ 1947, at 11 a.m. at the Council Chambers, Tirau. i RESOLUTION '- In pursuance and exercise of the i powers conferred upon it by "The , Counties Act, 1920," "The Public 1 Works Act, 1928," "The Motor Vehicles Act, 1924," and of every other ', power it in this behalf enabling, the :. Council of the County of Matamata doth hereby make and ordain the Bylaw following:— (Here follows the By-law) The object and purport of the Byllaw is to provide for the restriction of speed and weight of vehicles on *■ certain bridges in the County and ; fixing penalties for breach of the Byj law. : A full copy of the By-law is deposited at the office of the Council, Tirau, and may be inspected by the public during office hours until the 16th day of October, 1947.
