Baby Boy Killed On French Pass Farm

When he fell on his head from the back of a moving tractor, which was being used by, his father to harrow a paddock, an infant boy broke his neck, and died later on Monday afternoon. He was: ,

Malcolm Gordon Vagg, aged 21 months, son of Mr and Mrs G. J. Vagg, of French Pass, Cambridge. The child was sitting on the back of the tractor, which was a converted one from an old car, when he lost his balance and fell to the ground. It was a most regrettable tragedy; the fall being such that the child’s neck was broken.

Later an inquest opened at Cambridge before Mr R. S. Entwistle, coroner was adjourned sine die.

, The sincere sympathy of the district will be extended to Mr and Mrs Vagg, who are young, well-known settlers of the French Pass Road.
