CORSO’S BIG JOB ORGANISER IN CAMBRIDGE Mr M. Richards, Dominion organiser for Corso, and particularly ir, connection with further relief for thri Chinese, was in Cambrridge on Thursday last. In the afternoon he met members of the local Corso Committee, there being present Mesdames F. F. Craig (convener), H. Webb, A. Gone A. McDonald, A. Bryce, Miss Ariell and the Reverend Colin MacKenzie. Mr Richards addressed the meeting on the great need for relief work in China and of the need for further financial assistance, It was decided not to take action until the committee had met the president of the Rotary Club. Address to Rotary Club . At the weekly tea on Thursday evening, Mr Richards addressed the Rotary Club. Here, again, he told of the staggering need for relief in China and of the particular job Corso had taken on. A principal feature was to send experienced arid specialist personnel to China and to do this required considerable finance. Mr Richards was heartily thanked by Mr H. Amyes, on behalf of the Club, for his informative address.
