A LADDER GIVES WAY CONCUSSION AND SHOCK Injuries which will confine; honctft. his home for several weeks were received by the Mayor, JMr Walier Moore, when a ladder he%&s 'dhiprecipitated him to the concrete /path. The accident occurred when he-was painting at his home in Queeiy Street, on Saturday afternoon. / Mr Moore receiven concu/sion and shock, but fortunately no. hones were broken. He was. shqwing/slight improvement yesterday Wftwnoon. • At a meeting of and District Rehablitation on Monday evening a motion was passed expressing the hope that Mr Moore would shortly be returned to his normal health again. During his incapacitaiion, the Deputy Mayor, Mr Mervyn Well* will carry out the Mayor’s Official duties.
