STOLE BATTERY
YOUNG MAORI IN COURT THEFT AT MATANGI • - In the Cambridge Magistrate’s Court, before Mr E. L. Paterson S.M., John Tiki, an 18-year-old Maori pleaded guilty to the theft of a motor-car battery valued at £4 10s, the property of Noel Alfred West. Constable B. Warren stated that a complaint had been received that a had been stolen from a truck on a farm at Matangi.
