MORRINSVILLE STOCK SALE The Farmers’ Co-operative Auctioneering Company Limited reports as follows on the firm’s usual weekly stock sale held at Morrinsville last Friday:— 1 Sheep: A medium number penned, and prices were on a par with recent values. Store hoggets were keenly sought, and realised values equal to late""’quotations. Prime shorn wethers made to 36s 3d, good fat hoggets 34s to 36s 3d, medium' 30s to 335, light 28s to 295, good store hoggets 27s to 295, medium 23s 6d to 255, small 19s to 20s. Cattle: Beef was yarded in average supply, but boners were in smaller numbers. Competition w'as good and late values were maintained. Yearling heifers were yarded in good numbers, and prices were in advance of late rates. Dairies; A full offering of dairy cattle met keen competition, and a full clearance was effected at values firm on last week’s rates.
