DOUBLE-FEATURE ON WEEK-END Backed up by an exciting adventure in romance, with two brothers lighting f<y the love of the same girl, “ Power Dive ” contains all the elements of throbbing suspense that the film’s title suggests. Richard Arlen, lovely Jean Packer, Don Castle, laugh-provoking Cliff Edwards, Roger Pryor, Helen Mack, Louis Jean Heydt, and little Billy “Biscuit Eater ” Lee, make up the cast of effective feature players. “ Power Dive ” is showing at the Tudor Theatre to-night.

Piling eerie thrill upon thrill, “The Monster and the Girl” tells the story of a man unjustly executed for murder, whose brain, kept alive j by a brilliant scientist, is transplanted to the skull of a gorilla. The dead man’s brain flaring with hate against six false directs the gorilla in wreaking horrible vengeance. Ellen Drew is seen as the sister of the innocent man, and the six who feel the fury of the gorilla’s revenge are Robert Paige, Paul Lukas, Joseph Calleia, Marc Lawrence, Gerald Mohr, and Onslow JSt, evens. Phillip Terry plays the part oL the executed man, and George Zueco is the scientist.
