SPRING HORSE FAIR

ANNUAL SALE AT CAMBRIDGE NEXT* MONTH'S FIXTURE The annual spring horse fair at Cambridge, which for many years has held the reputation of being the most important auction of its type in New Zealand, will be held during the week commencing on Tuesday, September 5. Buyers and sellers from all parts of the Dominion will be present, The fair, which is conducted by the Farmers' Co-operative Auctioneering Company Limited, promises to be one of the most successful of recent years. Over 800 horses of all classes are to be sold under the hammer. Included in the catalogue will be special entries from the South Island, , Auckland City Council, and the-New Zealand Government Defence Department. There will be unbroken horses, light, medium and heavy draughts broken to all classes of farm work. There will also be consignments of Clydesdale stallions and colts and brood mares and fillies.
