New Private Company.—Mr J. D. Wallace, of Leamington, has registered his business as a private company, which will be known as J. D. Wallace, Limited, tallow, manure, soap, candle, cattle food and saddlery makers, skin and hide merchants. The capital of £ISOO is being subscribed by Mr J. D. Wallace and Mrs F. L. H. Wallace.
London Butter Market. —The London butter market has firmed according to the latest report. Danish is quoted at 138/-; choicest salted Australian and New Zealand, 119/-; unsalted, New Zealand, 119/- to 120/-;. Australian, 119/-. The quotation of 119/- per cwt is only 1/- below the record price for this year, established in August. It represents a rise of 2/- since the end of last week.
