Power Board Meeting. The monthly meeting of the Cambridge Electric Power Board will be held tomorrow evening.

Valuation Rolls. —An Order-in-Gouncil directs that certain district valuation rolls are to be revised by the Valuer-General as at March 31, 1937. The districts include Cambridge Borough, Waikato and Raglon counties.

Hamilton Bankrupt.—ln the case of Spencer Joseph Dix Marshall, of Hamilton, taxi-driVer, who appeared ior a discharge from bankruptcy before the Chief Justice, Sir Michael Myers, at Auckland on Friday, his counsel, Mr A. R. Hill, said Marshall was prepared to make over to the Official Assignee all his interest in an estate of £IOOO. His Honour deferred the granting of the discharge until next Wednesday to enable the 1 assignment to be made.
