Not Impressed. —ln the little Saxon town of Hamelin, famed for the Pied Piper legend, there is an inscription in Roemer House commemorating the birth of "two youngsters and five little maids" to Frau Foemer at 2 o'clock on January 9, 1600. Hamelin refused to be impressed by the Dionne quintuplets.
