Smokers die young! So the antitobacs are never tired of telling us. Yet the newspapers are constantly, giving the lie to this assertion, and an ounce of fact is worth a pound of say-so. The deaths of smokers of advanced age, as you must have noticed, are frequently chronicled in the World Press.
