LEAMINGTON TOWN BOARD NOTICE UNDER THE "NOXIOUS WEEDS ACT, 1928;' AND ITS AMENDMENTS. Take Notice that 1, the undersigned, tin inspector under the Noxious Weeds Act, do hereby require the occupiers of ;ill lands in the Leamington Town District to do all things necessary to clear from their properties and the road frontages thereof to the centre of the road, all gorse, blackberry and any other noxious weed growing thereon. And I hereby call upon each occupier as aforesaid to commence the necessary work forthwith and to continue the same until the said noxious weeds are effectively cleared as required under the said Act.
