HX-RANGERS' DANCE The ex-Rangers' dance, held in the Leamington Hall on Wednesday even- i ingpwas voted one of the most enjoy- | '.able functions of its kind h6ld f6r j some time, and Guide funds will be i agreeably augmented. Excellent music was supplied by the • Regal Dance Band, extras being kind- | ly supplied by Mrs J. Ross. There j worn a number of novelty dances which | were thoroughly appreciated. The Monte Carlo was won by Mr R. Burton i and Miss L. Sutcliffe; waltzing competition, Mr K. Hawkesby and Miss K. Goodwin; men's waltzing competition, Mr Norman and his "lady" friend, Mr L. Feisst. This event caused much amusement. . The duties of M.C. were excellently carried out by Mr Lane and Mr C. i Thompson. Mr O. Gane, assisted by Mr Johnson, made very efficient doorkeepers.
