SWIMMING CLUB
MEETING OF COMMITTEE SERVICES OF COACH At a Greeting of the committee of the Cambridge Swimming Club, Mr A* Moore presided over a fair attendance. It was decided to secure the services of Mr J. Perrin, of Rotorua, to coach the club on the evening of November 27. Mr Perrin has charge of the Blue Baths at Rotorua and successfully coached W.„ 4 the successful Maori swimmer. ,
As Mr Edgar James has resigned from the position of referee, Mr V. G. Boulton was appointed to fill the vacancy. Messrs, ,S. , Nicholson and H. Hutchinson. were , elected to the committee.
The date of the first club carnival has been fixed for Saturday, December 15.
The president was asked to travel to Auckland and arrange a visit of a club to the opening carnival at Cambridge.
