Sec. NOTICE TO OCCUPIERS OF LAND UNDER NOXIOUS WEEDS ACT, 1928. Take notice that I, the undersigned, an Inspector under and for the pur-, poses of the Noxious Weeds Act, 1928, hereby require occupiers of all land situated in the Counties of Matamata and Waipa and Waikato to do all things necessary to clear from the land so occupied ALL RAGWORT, also blackberry and other noxious weeds, growing in small patches. I hereby call upon each occupier as aforesaid to commence the necessary work not later than the First day of October, 1934, and to continue the same until the weeds mentioned arc effectively cleared as required by the said Act, being not later than the 15th day of November, i 934.
