STORE SHEEP SALE j GOOD DEMAND FOR LAMBS Tho New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Ltd., Hamilton, report on their Frankton store sheep sale on Wednesday as follows: Our yarding, which was a medium one, consisted of store lambs, but all classes were well represented. There was a good demand for grown and forward lambs, which sold readily at last week's market rates, but olain and inferior eased slightly, and in some cases vendors were hesitant to sell these at the offers made. We quote; Grown shorn Romney ewe lambs 17/6; medium ewe lambs 14/- to 16/6; forward conditioned store lambs, m.s., 33/6 to 15/-; medium do. 12/6 to 13/3; smaller do. 11/- to 12/6; small lambs 30/- to 11/-; inferior 9/- to 9/6.
