RATES. —) Notice is hereby given that it is the intention of the Leamington Town Board in pursuance and exercise of the powers conferred upon it by the Rating Act of 1925, to make and levy a General and Hospital Rate of one and a-quartcr pence (lid) in the pound on the Capital Value of ail rateable property within the Board’s area; also a Special Water Rate of three-eighths of a penny (§d) in the pound on the Capital Value of all rateable property within the Board’s area, other than Domain Lands.
