Notice is hereby further given by the Executor that after the 23rd day of December, .193.1, the Executor proposes to distribute the assets of the deceased amongst the parties entitled thereto having regard to the claims of which the Executor has then notice and in such event pursuant to Section 74 of "The Trustee Act, 1908” the Executor having given the, notices directed by the aforesaid order will not be liable for the assets so distributed to anv person of whose claim the Executor had no notice at the time of the distribution of the said assets.
