PURSUANT to an order made by a Judge of the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Hamilton on the 9th day of November, 1931 notice is hereby given that all creditors and other persons having claims against the estate of the abovementioned Elizabeth Clark Watt, who died on or about 13th day of June, 1931 are hereby required to send in their claims together with written particulars thereof to her executor THE GUARDIAN TRUST AND EXECUTORS COMPANY OF NEW ZEALAND, LIMITED, at its office in Shorthand Street in the City of Auckland on or before the 23rd day of December, 1931. Notice is hereby further given by the Executor that after the 23rd day of December, .193.1, the Executor proposes to distribute the assets of the deceased amongst the parties entitled thereto having regard to the claims of which the Executor has then notice and in such event pursuant to Section 74 of "The Trustee Act, 1908” the Executor having given the, notices directed by the aforesaid order will not be liable for the assets so distributed to anv person of whose claim the Executor had no notice at the time of the distribution of the said assets.
