The property to be sold is situated in Duke Street West, in the Borough of Cambridge. It comprises the aforesaid piece of land on which is erected a four-roomed modern wooden dwelling with gas, electricity and the Borough sewerage system installed. The section has a frontage to Duke Street West of 5G feet and depth of 4 chains. The Mortgagee’s application containing his estimate of the value of 'he property may be seen at the office of the said Registrar at all reasonable times prior to the sale without payment of any fee.
