NICHOLAS HILL, of Alpha Street, ' Cambridge, will sell by Public Auction on the above date at his Auction rooms in Cambridge, ALL THAT PIECE OF LAND, containing One rood and nine perches, more or less, being Lot 4 of Part of Allotment 54, of the Town of Cambridge 'East, as shown on deposited plan Number 21527, being ALL THE LAND in Certificate of Title Volume s ld, Folio ISO, of the Register Book at Auckland. The property to be sold is situated in Duke Street West, in the Borough of Cambridge. It comprises the aforesaid piece of land on which is erected a four-roomed modern wooden dwelling with gas, electricity and the Borough sewerage system installed. The section has a frontage to Duke Street West of 5G feet and depth of 4 chains.
