Mr V. Olney, on the occasion of his .severing connection with the local branch of the Farmers’ Auctioneering Company last week, was presented, on behalf of the staff by the manager, Mr O. Andrew, with a serviceable suit-case to mark the esteem in which lie was held. Mr Olney has taken up his duties with the Te Ivuiti branch of the same firm.
