LIBERTY ENDED
FUGITIVES CAPTURED. EXHAUSTED AND WORN OUT. The liberty of the two prisoners who escaped from the Mt. Eden prison on Tuesday terminated in the bush on the upper reaches of the Wanganui River yesterday, when Thomas Douglas Forsyte and Kenneth John Evens wpre completely surrounded by a large police force. The fugutives were easily traced from the time of their escape leaving as they did unmistakable signs of their flight southwards. The captured men will bo returned to Auckland. BUTTER MARKET STEADY.
