BUILDING SOCIETY
APPROPRIATION BY BALLOT. LOCAL MEMBER LUCKY. Last evening, before a fair attendance of members, the Cambridge Cooperative Terminating Building Society held an appropriation by ballot of Group No. 1 for the sum of £4OO. There were no blank numbers draw-n, the first draw being 446—-Mr E. S. Saville, of Victoria Street, Cambridge. The appropriation was conducted by the secretary, Mr Walter Stopfoi’d.
