The Tasmanian farmers who recently made a tour of New Zealand gained very valuable information, according to a letter received at the meeting of the Board of Governors of Lincoln College the other day (remarks the Christchurch Times). The letter stated: — “Those of our bureau members who recently returned from their trip to your Dominion are loud in their praise, not only of the work being carried out at your college, but also of the courtesy and consideration shown them by the staff. As this State is undergoing a period of agricultural reorganisation, the impressions gained by members of the party will, I am sure, prove to be of lasting benefit.’'
