(Received 11 a.m.) VIENNA, March 7, Archduchess Maria Theresa, sister-' in-la.w of the late Emperor Francis* Joseph, whom it is reported received only £1454 for Napoleon’s necklace, which is valued at £SO,OOO, lives in two rooms and is reduced almost to poverty by old age.

Hatry’s West End mansion, described by the auctioneer as the most fashionable in Europe, was withdrawn from sale when bidding reached £50,500.
WILD SCENES IN COURT.
PRISONERS RELEASED.
LONDON, March 7.
The counsel for the prosecution announced that as the police have failed to recover the body of Griffin they wished to withdraw the charges. The prisoners were discharged. Wild scenes followed, the friends of the prisoners not oven waiting till they left the dock to hug and embrace them.
