TARANAKI DEFEAT CAMBRIDGE AN ENJOYABLE MATCH. In continuation of their tour of the Auckland Province seven rinks of the touring Taranaki bowlers visited Cambridge yesterday morning, and played an enjoyable match against local teams. The visitors won by a good margin. Prior to commencing play the visitors were accorded a very hearty welcome, on behalf of the club, by the president, Mr T. F. Richards, Mr T. Petty suitably replying for the visitors. The following are details of the play, names of Cambridge players mentioned first in each instance: — Tod, White, Bryce and Lange (s) 16 v.
