Local Body Notices. BOROUGH OF CAMBRIDGE. PROPOSED SEWERAGE LOAN OF £24,5.00. # Notice is hereby given that the Cambridge Borough Council proposes to raise a Special Loan under the provisions of “The Local Bodies’ Loans Act, 1926.” The purpose for which the Loan is required is:— To do all works and things necessary to complete the drainage system of the Borough of Cambiidge, including the cost of all materials and labour, preliminary engineering expenses and the costs of raising the Loan. The total amount proposed to be borrowed is £24,500. The proposed security for the l oan is a Special Rate of One Penny and Three Farthings in the Pound in the £) on the Ratable Value (Unimproved) on all ratable property in the Borough of Cambridge. It is proposed that the Loan shall be repayable in not more than 36 J years, and to make provision for a Sinking Fund of not less than One Pound per centum per annum on the amount borrowed. It is proposed to pay out of the Loan the costs of raising the Loan. It is not proposed to pay out of the Loan any portion of the interest or sinking fund charges.
