Owing to Mr. Benge being laid tip, the Herd was not tested this year, but the factory returns for December and January exceed 30001bs fat, and the vendor considers they will average 300 lbs of fat for the season. The Heifers are a particularly choice line, being bred by such well-known Manawatu breeders as Messrs. Batcheior and McVicars, from dams that produced over 3001bs of fat on hilly country.
