Local Body Notices. LEAMINGTON TOWN BOARD. WATER BY-LAW. Public notice is hereby given that the Leamington Tpwn Board at a special meeting held on the 18th day of July, 1928, made and ordained a by-law to be called "The Water By-law/1928" the object and purport of which is as follows: — (a). Mode of making application for a supply of water, (b). The cost of connection, (c). Supply of water to be through water meters, (d). Water rates, charges and fees to be paid by consumers. • (e). Regulations as to water meters, (f). For the prevention of waste of water, (g). Taps and other appliances to be subject to the approval of the . Town Board, (h). Repair of pipes, taps and appliances, (i). Power to prohibit use of water for extraordinary supply, (j). Defining the meaning of "ordinary" supply and "extraordinary" supply. A copy of the proposed by-law is deposited at Mr F. J. Weatherell's store at Leamington, and is open to the inspection cf the public during office hours. The said by-law will be submitted to the Leamington Town Board for confirmation at a meeting of the Board to be held at the Town Hall, Leamington ,on WEDNESDAY, the 22nd day of August, 1928.
