BARNARDO'S HOMES
YOUNG HELPERS’ LEAGUE. The recent concert in connection with the above has proved a great financial success, which is very gratifying to the committee and all concerned. After paying all expenses a nett amount of £39 4/2 has been cleared, and as compared with last year's effort this figure shows an increase of over 100 per cent. The thanks of the committee are very heartily tendered to all who have helped to attain this very satisfactory result, while they also gratefully acknowledge the followingdonations:^ —Mr G. L.
