The Waipa County Council proposes to stop the following road under the provisions of ‘‘The Public Works Act, 1908”: A road containing 4 acres 2 roods 30 perches, running between Allotments 42 and 231, and Allotments 43 and 232, of the Parish of Pukckura. A 'plan of the road proposed to be stopped lies open to public inspection at the office of the Waipa County Council, Bank Street, Te Awamutu, during eight weeks from the date, hereof.
