LAST SHIPMENT TO LONDON. GOOD PRICES REALISED, Satisfaction is felt in poultry circles at the announcement of the favourable market conditions met with in London by the recent shipment of New Zealand eggs iiy the steamer Roto'ua. The advice has been received by cablegram front the London agents of the New - Zealand Co-operative Egg' Society to the effect, that, the shipment of 51,000 dozen eggs despatched by the steamer in October brought 2/5 per dozen in London. This price is 2d pi»r Idozen better than the price realised by the shipment which was exported the previous month by the Cori'nthic. These two shipments were the first large-scale attempts in exporting eggs made by New Zealand producers, and the success met. with warrants the belief that the poultry industry should receive a pronounced stimulus in the near future. ?
