COMMUNITY SINGING

TOWN HALL, TO-NIGHT !

LET EVERYBODY SING,!

Cambridge will hold its third public community '"'"sing" at the Town Hail to-night. After the magnificent success of the first two gatherings, there is little need of us to urge the public to attend in full numbers, as these gatherings have become immensely popular. ' The management has been most fortunate in again securing the services of the Rev. Jasper Calder as song leader. The services of such a popular and inspiring leader are in itself sufficient to fill the hall. Then, too, the fact that the proceeds are to be devoted to the Pearson Memorial Fund for blind soldiers—an object that must commend itself to the sympathy of all classes of the community—should ensure a bumper attendance. We can confidently recommend all, young and old, happy or sad, to attend at the Town Hall this evening, and lot the " cheer germ" do its work with them. ' The new song books will be used for the first time at Cambridge to-night. Everyone should buy a copy. These may be procured from Miss Lewis, Messrs Congalton and White, local stationers, at sixpence each.
