Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 9 of the "Local Bodies Loans Act, 1913," that the Cambridge Electric Power Board, under the powers conferred on it by the said Act proposes to raise a Special Loan for the purpose of assisting approved applicants who desire electrical fittings installed, by advancing part e$ the cost thereof, and for such other purposes as may be determined by the Board. The sum proposed to be borrowed is £7,000 (Seven Thousand Pounds), carrying interest at 6 peT cent, per annum. The ■ Board proposes to appropriate and pledge as security for the loan and interest a Special Rate of one eighteenth of a penny in the Pound (£) Sterling on the Capital value of all the Ratable property in the Cambridge Electric Power District. Tho Board proposes that the said loan shall be for a period of twenty years and shall be repaid by providing a sinking fund of two per cent, per annum.
