O'KEEFFE.—On July 21st, at her late residence, Goodwood, Cam bridge, after a long and painful illness borne with patient fortitude, Jane Prances, of the late Edmund Thomas k'Kecffc, of Thames; aged (58 years,— IU.P. . The funeral will leave above address to-morrow (Sunday), at 1-30 p.m., for St. Peter's Church, thence for the Cambridge cemetery. Friends please accept this intimation.
