Of nine Councillors, Messrs H. Alan . H. Bycroft, H. D. Dallimore, Priestley are members of the old Council, Mr T, F. Richards was pre- ' /viously a member, and Messrs Henry Bell, A. W, Gane, H. Roche and F. C. Thomason are talcing seats on the Borough Council for the first time.
