An entertainment somewhat novel' 0 to the Waikato Sanatorium patients was provided last Thursday evening . V when Mr Geo. Wilson. ( assisted by a company of Cambridge young men trated the inmates to a screamingly humorous hypnotic demonstration ' Ihe building fairly shook with the roars of laughter which greeted !each - item. Mr Wilson caused amazement by placing one of his subjects in a ' cataleptic state, the condition in w hi ch bloodless surgery is performed, Dr. Bernstein and his staff being particularly interested in this performance. During _ the evening Mr Wikon contnbuted a humorous speech entitled The Vicar a Address, ” and for an encore jg ave the amusing sketch. Travelling Reminiscences.'’ At the close of the entertainment, which was the. most laughable yet given at the institution, Mr Wilson and com- C pany were heartily thanked, and; • entertained to a sumptuous repast,, the hope being expressed that the party would often return;
