Croquet.
.The local Croquet Club has received advices from Hamilton stating that the Whitiora Club will send a team, probably numbering eight or more, to play the Cambridge Club on Wednesday, Feb. 4. In the Merry-go-round series on the local lawns, Mrs Hopkirk defeated Mrs Nixon, who was in receipt of two bisques; Mrs Couper, received 2, defeated Mrs Hopkirk.
